About our program

The DiversityFIRSTTM Internships program is dedicated to helping millennial college students transition from college to the corporate environment. This is accomplished by giving students access to leadership training and internship opportunities with Fortune 1000 companies.

The selection process for the program is very competitive. Selected candidates attend a mandatory, one-day orientation when expectations are outlined and several training sessions in the areas of professionalism and leadership are offered.

After orientation, candidates are placed into internship positions with companies that partner with DiversityFIRSTTM Internships. Selected candidates are also assigned a mentor who will offer support and guidance during the length of the internship.
